Description - What you get.

  • Swan Bullet The new guide consists of nine 8.5" x 14" folded sheets printed both sides (18 pages).
  • Swan Bullet Pages 1, 2 and 3 contain introductory information for walkers and hikers.
  • Swan Bullet Pages 3 and 4 outline several "Short Hikes" in the Oxford-Perth-Waterloo areas.
  • Swan Bullet Pages 5 and 6 contain a coloured map of the Startford Side Trail with a description on the back.
  • Swan Bullet Pages 7-18 consist of six, coloured maps of the 112-km Avon Trail from St. Marys to Conestogo.
  • Swan Bullet Coloured Maps - All the topographic-style maps show the trail, road names and other features as well as trail distances in kilometres.
  • Swan Bullet Wallet - The folded sheets come packaged inside a clear, colourless plastic wallet.

 

Buy a Guide and Support The Avon Trail

Funds raised through the sale of the guidebook are used by The Avon Trail to buy lumber for the construction and repair of footbridges, boardwalks, and stiles. All labour is done by volunteer members. Some of the funds are used for seasonal maintenance such as weed cutting. Become a Friend of the Avon Trail by Joining and/or Donating.

The new 6th edition of The Avon Trail Guide is available from The Avon Trail at a cost of:

a) non-members > $15.00 + $4.00 for shipping = $19.00

b) members > $10.00 + $4.00 for shipping = $14.00
