2009 - 2010

Most Tuesday mornings: The destination and duration of the hike varies from week to week, depending on the weather.  Meet at the William Allman Arena parking lot (off  Lakeside Drive) in Stratford, 9:00 am. 

2009

Dec 9:  Christmas lights hike in Stratford, afterward at Bentley’s. Level 1, slow.  Contact Burnie & Susan Laws, 519-272-2845.  Meet at 5:00 pm, downtown Stratford Shoppers Drug Mart. 

Dec 16: Christmas lights hike in St. Marys, afterward at O’Neil’s Pub.  Level 1, slow.  Contact Richard Rosenthall, 519-284-4969, richrose@rogers.com.  Meet at 6:30 pm, The Creamery opposite the Flats in St. Marys. 

2010

Jan 16: “Soup’s On” hike in the TJ Dolan area, afterward at the Stratford Rotary Complex.  This will be the  12th  year of the  annual soup tasting fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Society.  Level 1, slow.  Leader is Burnie Laws, 519-272-2845.  Meet at the Stratford Rotary Complex parking lot. 

Jan 30:  Moonlight hike.  Level 2, slow.  Contact Jack Nowack, 519-271-7501 for details. 

During the month of Feb: Hike or snow shoe hike, weather dependant.  Level 2, slow.  Get the details from Ken Fowler, 519-625-1401, rhumline@cyg.net 

Feb 12: Valentine’s hike, led by Marion deGroot – Izma, 519-273-4261.  Meet at 7:00 pm, Physiotherapy Associates parking lot, across the street from the Giant Tiger in Stratford. 

March 27: Tundra Swans hike in the Hullett Marsh.  Contact Jack Nowack, 519-271-7501 for details.
